Im in the middle of doing my Digital Illustration Homework and I put all the layers together. The vector overlay with the photo is kinda creeping me out

I remember watching some random 90s sitcom about 10 years ago, and they spoofed the horse head scene from the godfather with a lawn mower steering column. This reminds me of that.
